To order a PS3 repair service, all you need to do is checkout for either the Premium PS3 Repair or Standard PS3 Repair. Once you checkout you will get an email receipt with more information.

If you are not from St. Louis! we can still take care of you! On our website we list some of the cities we have repaired PS3s for customers. Most of our customers are not from the St. Louis area. With our premium PS3 repair we will take care of all shipping! If you want to ship it yourself just visit a Fed Ex or UPS store and they can help you get it packaged up and shipped out. It is pretty painless and defiantly worth going with a PS3 repair business over an unreliable local repair man!
Although we repair almost every PS3 we see, some PS3s are simply too far gone despite our best repair efforts. This is usually only the case if your system has been worked on before. If we cannot repair your playstation we will not bill you for the rest of your repair. If you ordered a standard repair the initial $29.99 fee is non refundable. If you ordered the premium repair the initial $39.99 fee is non refundable. We will offer to return your PS3 to you (the initial fee will cover this shipping) or recycle it professionally if you have no use for a broken system.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, American Express and others. We know our customers value their security and privacy. We never save your credit card number and we respect your privacy. Payments are processed securely on our secure cart system. Our cart system is scanned daily for viruses and other harmful programs.
Almost any issue with the PS3 is covered under the flat rate repair. There are only a couple of issues that are not covered in the cost of the repair service. These are: bad HDMI port, non factory hard drives, no video problems relating to damage to the RSX chip, and replacing RSX chip are not included. You are buying a repair service and as with any repair service there is no guarantee of repair.
If you have a broken blu-ray drive, the yellow light of death, no power etc. it doesn't matter we will fix it for one flat rate repair. No hidden charges.

The picture to the left shows a factory warranty seal. You should have this seal if you bought your PS3 new and have never opened it or if you used a sony repair service. This must be on your system to qualify for the normal warranties. It cannot be circumnavigated or voided.

Units without a sony factory seal will receive a 90 day warranty with a premium repair and a 30 day warranty with a standard repair.

Shipping and Delivery Questions

If you order a Premium PS3 repair, just sit back and relax. A worry free box is on its way to you. Once you receive it just place your unit in the box and the prepaid label on top. Get it to UPS and they will get it to us from there.

We highly recommend UPS or Fed Ex. We do not accept USPS flat rate boxes.
Yes! When we ship your PS3 back UPS.com should generate you an email with tracking information. If you don't receive one please send us an email and we can copy and paste it over to you.
Unfortunately we can only ship to address in the USA. If you would still like to get your PS3 repaired you can use a service like, http://www.myus.com. They can get your PS3 to you after the service. Please note, Fix My Playstation will not cover international shipping, duties or other expenses in any way.
Yes, we cover all shipments of PS3s with $300 in insurance. With our UPS account, if your product was damaged and UPS is at fault we will be able to replace your PS3 with a brand new one! But, you don't have to worry, we package your PS3 right. We have had 0 insurance claims on our UPS account.
No, we have plenty here. Please just ship your PS3 console, we will take care of the rest!

Warranty Help & Questions

Yes, the Standard PS3 Repair comes with a six month warranty. The Premium PS3 Repair comes with a one year warranty. We stand behind our work. Please note you must have a sony seal to qualify for this warranty. If you are unsure please see "how do I know if my system has a factory seal?" in the FAQ or give us a call at 314-884-2549
Total warranty covers the hardware inside your PS3. If anything goes wrong during your warranty, just send us an email. Then we can get you started on redeeming your warranty service.
Please send us an email and include your Name and Order Number and briefly what issue your PS3 has. We will then get you the information you need to send in your PS3 for a warranty service.

Repair Service Questions

Premium PS3 Repairs take about 48 hours and receive premium turnaround. Standard PS3 Repairs take about a week or less and receive standard turnaround. Return times are not guaranteed; some PS3s will require more time to be reliably repaired.

No! We know that this is very important to our customers. We do not delete your hdd or your data in any way. So you will get all of your save games back the way you left time. The only time that the data and save games cannot be saved is if you have any hard drive corruption or damage. This is rare and we will contact you if this has occurred on your PS3.
It is not required but we highly recommend it. This way we can test your hard drive and console completely. If we are not able to do this we can't 100% guarantee that there will not be an issue when you reinstall your HDD. We know it would be very frustrating to get your PS3 back and have issues. So, we recommend that you send your HDD and we can insure you get a working PS3 without issues.
We will recover it for you at no cost. We include it with your PS3 when we ship it back to you, in a white CD sleeve.
When you checkout for the service we will ask you if you have a disk in the drive. If you do just click yes and type in the name of the disk. Then we can make sure to get it back to you.
Yes absolutely (unlike sony) we will fix your PS3 and send it back to you. This way you get your PS3 back with all of the save games and data. Just like you left it.
Yes, we will still repair it. Any PS3 that has been opened, does not have a factory seal or has been tampered with does not qualify for the normal warranty program. In this case we give you a 90 day warranty if you order a premium service and a 30 day warranty if you order a standard service.
Premium Repairs will receive premium turn around service. Meaning they will be prioritized and repaired in about 48 hours. Standard repairs receive the standard turnaround service. Your PS3 will be repaired in about 3-5 business days.

We do our best and work in good faith to insure your PS3 repair is fast and meets the advertised turnaround time. Turn around time are not guaranteed. Some PS3s will require more attention and thus take more time. Turn around times apply to business days only and do not include weekends or holidays. During peak times (Christmas season) due to high volume turnaround times do not apply. Shipping time is not included in turnaround times.
