I owe you a HUGE apology as to not responding with
my complete PRAISE for repairing my PS2 earlier this
year!!! It has played BEAUTIFULLY since I received
it back the beginning of 2009! Everything has worked
perfectly and have been playing it often! I sent it
to you so I could play Guitar Hero World Tour and
now I am able to rock ALL of them, four Rockbands
and my FIFA 09! You were expeditious, affordable,
thorough and professional, friendly and an overall
joy with your great customer service. Thank you for
all of your help and repairing of one of my 'favorite
toys'!

Thank you very much! My 12 year old son got this PSP
for his birthday, and dropped it after only 1 month!
We were so upset, didn't think it could be fixed.

Recently, you'll repaired my son's PSP. I would like

I just opened my son's PS2 that we had sent to you
for a repair and was pleasantly surprised that you
included a partial refund due to not finding anything
wrong with the unit.
It is nice to know that there are honest, good people
out there doing business. I am a single mom of two
with limited funds and really appreciate the refund
and my son is thrilled that his PS2 is working! Not
sure what the problem was before...

Thank you for providing excellent technical and customer
service regarding the repair of my sons PS2.
Not only was the repair done at the quoted price,
but it was done quickly and was sent back well packaged
and in excellent condition. Customer service was exceptional
when I had to check on the status of the repair.
As someone who is involved in customer service on
a daily basis, I try to make it a point to let companies
know when they have done a great job.

I wanted to thank you for the exceptional service
you provided for my son's PSP. I mailed it to you
for a screen replacement last week. When it came back
to me in a very timely manner, not only did it have
the screen replaced, the PSP was also cleaned to make
it look shiney and new!! You also replaced the analog
knob, all at no additional charge!!! Now that is service!
I will be glad to recommend you to anyone needing
your service. Thank you very much!

My son was devastated that his PlayStation2 was on
the blink. I decided to check out getting it fixed
instead of buying another one. We weren't 100% what
was wrong with the unit, but knew it just won't play
anymore games. After doing a quick search on the Internet,
we found Fixmyplaystion website. They have very reasonable
prices, and good reviews listed for service. We decided
to give them a chance at our unit.
We sent off our PlayStation2 on Monday morning with
Express Mail, and we had it back in our hot little
hands by Friday night. Fixmyplaytion fixed our unit
100%-no problems at all upon receipt. We even got
a refund because the unit wasn't broken; rather just
badly in need of a super cleaning by the folks at
Fixmyplaytion. I just wanted to share our appreciation
for your honest, fast and hard work in getting our
unit fixed and back to us in less then seven days.
We are totally satisfied with your excellent service,
and highly recommend it to anyone in need of PlayStation
repair. These folks ROCK!!!
